Regulatory compliance- CSS will also ensure your organization is in compliance with any regulations or industry standards that are required by your industry. This may be CIP-14, NERC, FERC, ICD-705, and any other GSA or local mandated standards. Step 1

Understand the organization and assets being secured. CSS will work with the organization to fully understand the needs, requirements, and requests through direct contact.

Step 2

Once the problem set and requirements are framed correctly, CSS will research threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigations prior to coming to the customer site.

Step 3

Upon arriving on site, our team will meet with organization representatives to discuss the plan and walk through to ensure we are solving the right problem in the best way. We will conduct a thorough assessment of the current physical security and mitigations in place. This assessment will drive our findings, and recommendations to meet your organization’s needs.

Step 4

All recommendations will be provided in writing to assist in the procurement, budgeting, and planning phases to harden your facility. The assessment will outline the most critical and vulnerable aspects of the organization to provide the most prioritized list possible.
