Our 'Active Threat Response' program teaches LEAD Tactics℠

(These options flow in no order)

Lock -Hide with layers of protection (consider barricading) and set yourself up for a counter attack

Escape -If in a common area, hiding isn't working, or most advantageous get as far away as possible from the threat

Alert -Inform all those in your immediate area of the known threat (call 911/alert app/team radio)
Defend -Closing the distance and physically counter the threat while in your immediate area

We believe LEADERSHIP is one of the most important characteristics to embody under stress.Lead - "The initiative in an action"Tactics - "The means to accomplish growth"

Training churches, businesses, schools, and hospitals that want the best for their customers, employees, and clients. Unfortunately we all have insurance for certain urgent matters, having a policy for continued life is often limited. Our program is designed to give thriving options under stress and help maintain the desired outcome of continued life when faced with the immediate fear of death or grave bodily harm.

Threat Response is working with veterans and creating regional training teams throughout the country. One of our visions is to take veterans and develop them for a part time role into our public schools across America, providing the staff/students the opportunity to thrive in a crisis situation. Almost all 50 states require active threat / lockdown / intruder drills by law, we want to help provide the practical application training that is often overlooked for all stages of a school day. We call this program 'Serving Outside of Uniform'.

Step 1

Plans begin by conducting an overall physical security inspection of the organization’s work space and locations.

Step 2

Making contact with local law enforcement for response tactics, techniques, and procedures for the responding agencies.

Step 3

Gathered information is developed into a complete and tangible plan that is presented for review in order to ensure it meets all the standards expected by the customer.

Step 4

The plan is put into a power point class for easy training of employees to ensure everyone understands the procedures and answer any questions.
